Within the scope of the “You Make a School” project, a protocol was signed between the Ministry of National Education and Döveç Group regarding the construction of a new secondary school in the İskele region. The protocol was signed by the Minister of National Education Nazım Çavuşoğlu and Döveç Group Director Burçin Döveç. Before the signing ceremony, Döveç Construction Ltd. . Within the scope of the protocol, Döveç Group will build a fully equipped school in the Bahçeler region of İskele within a period of three years. Muharrem Döveç Secondary School, which will come to life with its contemporary and modern architecture, will be financed by the Döveç Group with a budget of 75 million TL, and will be built with a total area of ​​8000 square meters. ÇAVUŞOĞLU“The contribution made by people who feel that they belong to this land to education is very important and valuable” Speaking before the signing ceremony, Minister of National Education Nazım Çavuşoğlu stated that after the earthquake in Turkey, they started the “You Make a School” campaign. Stating that they have been working with the Döveç family for a long time to realize this project and that the signing ceremony coincided with the campaign process, Çavuşoğlu said, “The Döveç family, born and raised in this land, is the best way for generations to grow and develop. on behalf of such a difficult time e brings a very good project to the people of our country.” Emphasizing that those who made these lands their homeland need to raise the flag handed over, Çavuşoğlu said that strong infrastructure, staff and charitable business people are needed for this and said, “The contribution of people who feel they belong to this land to education is very important. and valuable.” Expressing that the sacrifice made by the Döveç family is a great sacrifice for the Turkish Cypriot people, Çavuşoğlu said, “The name of our brother Muharrem, who passed away years ago, will live on in this school.
