The number of saplings planted in the İskele Mersinlik region reached 10 thousand. 5000 saplings were brought to the ground with the participation of their families and mujahideen who did their homeland duty. Continuing to green our island, 5000 more saplings were planted by the troops on weekends and the number of saplings planted in Mersinlik region reached 10,000. In order to green our homeland and leave a livable environment for future generations. Along with 6200 saplings planted around the barracks between January 16 and February 01, 2023 by the Security Forces Command units, a total of 16200 tree saplings were brought together with the homeland this year. e will continue to encourage tree planting by instilling a love of nature.
