Adriana Mokav, aged 53, from Romania, a permanent resident of Paphos, died in a fatal road collision on Monday.
According the police announcement, at 1:35 am, a collision occurred between two vehicles at the intersection of Grigori Afxentiou and N. Nikolaidi Avenue, by the Paphos district court area.
One vehicle was driven by a 53-year-old woman and the other by a 31-year-old man with two women, aged 53 and 29, as passengers.
The collision injured the three women, who were taken to the A&E department of the Paphos general hospital, where the doctor on duty confirmed the death of the 53-year-old passenger.
The two other women suffered minor injuries and were kept in hospital as a precaution.
Both drivers tested negative for alcohol and police are investigating the causes of the fatal accident.
