The raid was carried out by the Ykan drug squad in a warehouse located in a rural area just outside the capital.
Following the arrest, the 32-year-old man’s house was also searched. Police found an additional small amount of cannabis, a dried cannabis plant, a total of €13,070 and three owls in a cage that were handed to the Game Service.
The man is awaiting his remand in custody.
